The League is a public-facing lab for writers and storytellers committed to civic impact.

Launching in Autumn 2025, this initiative brings together 6–8 multidisciplinary artists to explore how stories shape consciousness — and how theatre can deepen emotional, historical, and philosophical literacy for the public.

Through monthly sessions, public try-outs, and seminal creative research, the collective will develop new theatrical work that not only challenges dominant narratives, but also actively questions and advances the role of the public in theatre.

Designed to serve public understanding rather than private ambition, the League will partner with councils, memory sites, and civic venues — extending theatre beyond traditional stages and into public life.
